January 17, 2022, 6 p.m. LCCA West Campus, 818 W. Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc

MINUTES

I.) The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM

• The meeting was virtual and was attended by all Board members.

II.) Tom Gehl motioned to go into Closed Session, according to Statute 19.85 (1) (C).

Motion passed – Board entered Closed Session.

III.) At 6:25 the Board reconvened into Open Session and Board President Kristina Vourax noted the promotion of Margaret Daigneau from the position of Interim Principal to Head Principal.

IV.) Motion made by Tim Peterson to adjourn – motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:27
