Lake Country Classical Academy Closed Session
February 24, 2022, 6 p.m. LCCA West Campus, 818 W. Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc
MINUTES
I.) Dan Fuhrman acted as Meeting Chairperson, and called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM
• All Board members were present with the exception of Alexandra Schweitzer. Tim Peterson participated by phone.
• Also present was Jennifer Williams of Buelow Vetter to provide counsel to the LCCA Board.
II.) Tom Gehl offered motion to go into Closed Session under the Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1) (f): Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.
• Motion Passed and Board entered Closed Session.
III.) Upon end of Closed Session the Board re-convened in Open Session at 6:18 PM. • Meeting chair made a statement reporting on the action taken during the closed session: A motion was made to revoke the status of LCCA Board membership for Alexandra Schweitzer, removing her from the Board of Directors of LCCA effective immediately. The motion was passed unanimously by five members, with Kristina Vourax abstaining from discussion and the vote.
IV.) A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed and meeting was adjourned at 6:19 PM.
