 Lake Country Classical Academy Board Meeting 

October 12, 2022 – 6:30 PM 

Meeting Minutes 

Open Meeting: 

I.) Call to Order: 

  • • Board President Kristina Vourax called the meeting to order at 6:31 PM. The meeting was virtual. All Board members were present with the exception of Tom Branigan. 

II.) Citizen’s Forum: 

  • • There were no requests to speak. 

III.) Motion to Enter Closed Session: 

  • • Tim Peterson moved that the Board should enter Closed Session under Wisconsin State statute 19.85 (1) (e): 

Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 

  • • Motion passed 

IV.) Return to Open Session: 

  • • The Board returned to Open Session at 7:15 PM 

V.) Adjournment: 

Tim Peterson moved to Adjourn – motion passed. 

  • • Meeting was adjourned at 7:17 PM
