Why help Lake Country Classical Academy?
Although LCCA receives state aid as a public charter school, the start-up costs of a new school as well as expenses associated with operating two campuses far exceed the per pupil funding provided by the state. In time, as LCCA continues to grow enrollment and also consolidates to a single K-12 campus, our annual operational deficit will be reduced substantially, despite receiving approximately 20% less funds per student than our surrounding public school districts.
The strong community demand for this educational alternative is evident in our impressive enrollment numbers and waitlist. To flourish as an excellent, tuition-free, public school option in the Lake Country area, we rely on the philanthropic giving of families, businesses, foundations, and all those who align with our mission.
